well, today the opk is getting darker, closer to positive. i use the ovulation daily test strips and i almost always get a gradual increase so i can usually see the surge as it is getting closer. we did our first ai last night. will be doing another tonight, we plan on doing one every night until i'm sure i have ovulated. our donor is very very wonderful. he is a great guy. Most lesbian couples dont want a daddy in the baby's life, but we are looking forward to it. our baby will be luck to have two moms and a great dad in his/her life. lets hope that this month is the month! i have good feelings about it! Thanks tammy and aradia and everyone else that has been checking up on my cycle. you girls are like gold to us, friends i have never met but will keep close to my heart forever.

well, still negative opk, no surge yet, but i will be getting it any day now so we are going to be doing first insem tonight. :) if we do it now until i have confirmed ovulation then there should be swimmers there waiting for the egg at all times, giving us the best chance. wish us luck :)

Not much else going on really.. i'm at work, it is such a slow month. apparently noone wants to shop. must be too hot, everyone is hibernating in the ac. i dont blame them!

i am madder than a hornet! i just saw the season finale for army wives. if you have seen it, then madder than a hornet is all you need to understand.. lol.. how oh HOW will i survive the long wait?? when does the next season start?? tomorrow?? oh please..lol.. it is AGONY!

af is due any day now.. :) then we are on the two week countdown to baby making time!!! i have decided temp taking after ovulation is dumb.. lol.. i will continue to do it to monitor my hormones or whatever, but we didnt try this cycle and ff gave me possibly triphasic.. how dumb.. BOOOOO.. lol..

update

well, today is 6 dpo. for reasons uncontrollable we were unable to insem this cycle. but, we will be trying this month. :) yay! i must confess taht these past two months have been kinda nice not having the stress of the tww. i'm not feeling good this week, so of course if we did try this cycle right now i would be convinced i'm pg.. lol.. i'll try to remind myself of this next month when i'm going through the dreaded tww. Lets all pray that this next cycle is THE ONE! :) thanks for all the emails and comments i have gotten. you are all wonderful! so glad we have a great online buddy system :) i couldn't have gotten through the past year without you all! so, here's some sticky baby dust to all my NW gals and online buddies!!!!
